Coaches Tool Chest (CTC)
CTC is a “one stop shop” that has taken the place of all the training coaches needed to complete in the past (first-aid, CPR, concussion, sudden cardiac arrest, etc) to obtain a Pupil Activity Permit through the Ohio Department of Education. This needs to be done each year.
Pupil Activity Permit (PAP)
It is state law for coaches to have a valid PAP to coach. You will not be Board of Education approved without one. They are valid for 3 to 5 years depending on your preference. In order to apply for a new/renewal PAP, you need to present your Coaches Tool Chest certification.
